How DTF Works?

First, we print your design onto a special film using high-quality inks. Then, we apply a powdered adhesive that, once cured with heat, allows the design to adhere perfectly to the garment. The result is a soft-to-the-touch print with vibrant and durable colors that can withstand multiple washes without losing quality."

Digital design

It all starts with the creation or receipt of a high-resolution design, ensuring that every detail is accurately transferred.

DTF in film

We use specialized printers that print inks directly onto a transfer film. First the colors are printed and then a layer of white ink is applied to ensure opacity and quality, even on dark fabrics.

Powder adhesive application

A powder adhesive is spread on the film, which adheres to the printed areas. This powder is essential to fix the design on the garment during transfer. 

Curing

The printed film is heated to cure the adhesive, ensuring that it melts properly with the ink, preparing it for transfer.

Transfer to the pledge

The film is placed on the garment and, using a heat press, the design is transferred. The heat and pressure activate the adhesive, fusing it with the fabric.

Withdrawal of the film

After a brief cooling period, the film is carefully removed, leaving the design perfectly adhered.

Finishing

For added durability, a second heat press can be applied, improving the design's resistance to wear and washing.

Result

The final product features vibrant colors, crisp details and a soft feel, maintaining its quality even after multiple washings.
